It there a discount for only attending one night?

No. The ticket price is $199 for one night or two.

What is the last date to get tickets?

Sales will continue until they are sold out. They are selling quickly.   There will be one flash sale for Juneteenth (June 18-20) 

Can groups sit together at the white party?

We can make that happen if you notify us about 2 weeks in advance of the weekend. Send emails to bisononthelake@gmail.com


How far is the Ritz Lake Oconee from Atlanta?


Do I have to pay for two nights at the hotel?

No. You may only purchase one night. 

Are there options for lodging elsewhere?

Reservations for the Ritz cannot be made after June 20th. The price for rooms outside of the current block reserved at the Ritz will increase to the normal price which exceeds $600. + per night. A list of other places include the Lodge at Lake Oconee which is less than 4 miles from the Ritz. 

What is the activity fee charged by the hotel?

This fee covers parking and other amenities provided by the Ritz. 

What happens if it rains?

We will be using the ballroom and additional rooms inside of the Ritz. Due to the expected extreme heat in August, many activities will already be relocated inside of the hotel.

Will my card be charge for the hotel stay when I book the reservation?

No. It will not be charged when you make the reservation.


When will there be a golf activity?

Friday at noon. The price is not included in the ticket price for Bison on the Lake. For additional information and to sign up – send an email to Bisononthelake@gmail.com 

When is the white party?

The white party is Saturday immediately following the dinner and awards ceremony. 

What time does the weekend end?

Officially at midnight on Saturday. Guests can continue to celebrate in various areas.

Is there an opening reception?

The reception is Friday evening on the lakefront. 

Will there be a concert or entertainer?

Yes. Sounds of the decades will be provided by DJ Kemit, HU alum and DJ extraordinaire. There will also be a live band and spoken word.
